Very clean and had lots of beds, excellent value for money. A short taxi into the city.
Decor is outdated but it was spotless and excellent value for money so no complaints

Relatively cheap stay for a night in Kilkenny. Has 2 parking spots in front of the house. There is a total of 4 beds, 3 singles, 1 double so allows a larger group to stay together.
Could use some TLC, TV screen was cracked, broken glass bottles in side alley of house, astray out the back still full of cigarettes, damaged plugs, freezer door unable to be closed.
