Property is near of Bus stand, and Staff is too helpful. It's a nice property at a cost-friendly budget.

Room was clean, spacious & within budget. Staffs were nice and helped me as I was having difficulty finding the exact location.
They could have provided me towel and soap.

Friendly receptionist
Hot water and towel provided
I have stated thay receptionist was friendly and helpful with getting me transport across the city HOWEVER, each time I ordered an auto or bike with his 'help' the price would triple.
Bathroom not clean (as pictured)

Shelves dusty
I had a room at the front which was VERY noisy and curtains didn't fit windows, so room very bright at night from outside lights.
Location ok if you want to be in authentic Rishikesh, but too far out of you want to visit Lakshman Jula or Tapovan.
