Hotel Ganga Pearl

Stayed here for a couple of days and honestly, the biggest highlight of this hotel is its location. The balcony view is beautiful — you can see the river, the mountains, and the large pedestrian pathway running alongside the river. If you're someone who enjoys photography or just likes sitting and enjoying nature, you'll love it here. The location works for everyone, whether you're traveling with family, as a couple, or even with friends. Triveni Ghat is only around 300 -400 meters away, so it's very convenient to walk there in the evening and spend some time sitting by the river. And watch live The GANGA AARATI. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay, and I didn't face any issues with their behavior. Overall, I felt that the experience was worth the money. The only thing I would suggest improving is the room service billing process. Since the restaurant is on the top floor, whenever you order something to the room, the staff brings the bill and asks for payment immediately. Personally, I found this a bit odd and unnecessary. It would be much more convenient if all room service charges could simply be added to the room account and settled at checkout. Apart from that, I had a very pleasant stay. Great location, amazing views, and good hospitality. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Thankfully we booked it for 1 night only. You can't survive more thant that on this property. They lack the basics of hospitality. No one to bring your bags to the room. No towels available in the room. Broken exhaust fan. No ventilation at all. Broken vanity in the washroom. We just ordered tea & it was not good & made us not to order anything else. Reception called us right at 10 AM for the checkout when the checkout was at 10.30AM. They've property at perfect spot near to Triveni ghat right on Aasthapath. Good view from the terrace but they need to work on the basics and courtesy checks with the guest.

The stay was comfortable and the view was stunning from the balcony.

The room was not ready, no toiletries, no towels, everything we have to ask twice only then they listen, At the time of checkout the guy at the reception was checking our used towels and said it is stain, white colour used towels doesn't it stain?? He made us wait for 20mins to confirm with laundry whether the stain is removable.... And he don't even regret for his behaviour. No guilt they just want to behave in such a way.
