Affordable Apartment, 4 Minutes from Stadthalle and U6 Metro

Помешкання просторе, повноцінна кухня, ванна кімната, зручне ліжко, гарне розташування. Добра звукоізоляція, ми не чули сусідів. Власник був на звʼязку, заселення та виселення пройшло комфортно.

Заповнений смітник по нашому приїзду, половина рулону туалетного паперу та менше половини мила. Рушники були не свіжими.

Tenía estación de tranvía, y supermercados cerca.

Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción, hacía ruido, avisamos y les mandé un vídeo. Dijeron que les explicase lo que pasaba, y no hicieron nada más. Solución pararla por la noche para poder dormir y encenderla por la mañana cuando nos íbamos.

The property was spacious, plenty of room to move for a couple or family. It was an easy walk to the metro and the tram stop was across the street. The apartment was reasonably well equipped, clean and well presented. Good communication from apartment managers to explain location and entry.

The property was further from the centre than expected, about 4 Kms to Wien Mitte. Metro from Westbahnhof about 20mins. The plumbing in the apartment was very noisy. The shower connection was broken and only possible to hand-hold. Minimal bedding and extra items in the wardrobe hadn’t been cleaned. The flooring was in need of repair. Very uneven and susceptible to tripping.

Kein Personal was weiterhilft. Unser Klopapier war aus. Wir konnten keinen erreichen. Obwohl ich vorher schon gesagt habe das wir früher kommen und uns gesagt wurde wir dürfen unsere koffer abgeben konnten wir nicht rein und müssten wieder zurück zum bahnhof und unsere koffer in den spinnt geben. Also hilfecenter ist katastophe. Nie wieder. Ich würde lieber mehr zahlen und in ein hotel gehen. Bügel eisen ohne bügeltisch. Badewanne und wassereinstellung warm kalt war problematisch. Kühlschrank ekelhaft. Sorry aber sicher nie wieder.
