Bright 2BR Retreat Steps from Westbahnhof

Location, spacious, looks clean and tidy. Good value for money. Food communication. Provided extra fan as it was very warm.

4th floor no lift(I did not read description well). Pillows not comfortable

Apartments is big and comfortable. It has a nice view from windows. It had everything needed for a short stay. Apartment has floorheating in bathroom and kitchen. There is enough space for 7 people to sleep over. You have direct water heating, freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, backing oven, glass ceramic cooker, king-size bed, two sofas, big dinner table, big mirrorto check your outfit,hairdryer...

Apartment is not family friendly. Outside and in the building inside is old and not renovated. It doesn't feel good or safe to walk trough if you are a single women or have small kids. With children is the apartment also not family friendly, since you have to walk over 108 stairs to the apartment. The bathroom is very narrow. If you are a bit oversized it is a problem to shower. The bathtub is too narrow to sit in. The shower screen moves quickly and you flood. There is no space by the sink or in the bathroom to dry yourself properly. There is much dust on furniture and on the floor in bathroom. Furniture is a bit old and you can see clear signs of ussage. It was stated by search that property has parking and wi-fi, witch was not the case. Instructions for entrance were a bit confusing, like the entrance door was other color, there was no house number, there was no appartement number, no photo from apartment entrance or storage case for the key, entrance code had by instructions "*" sign, but there was no such sign on the panel. I prefer personal contact by bookings and not just electronic communication.

A cama de casal era boa.

Apresentam o apartamento como um apartamento de 2 quartos, porém é mentira, só tem 1 quarto, o sofá cama é o sofá da sala. Para minha surpresa, é a primeira hospedagem que não tem Wi-Fi, eles só falam isso durante a estadia quando a gente pergunta, achei bem chato isso. O pior de tudo é descobrir só no dia da estadia que o apartamento é no quarto andar e não tem elevador, ter que subir 4 andares de escada com malas pesadas e uma idosa de 63 anos é absurdo, muito frustrante.
