The location was great, we are walkers so getting around Paris was awesome.
One thing missing from the description was that this room was on the 5th floor, 98 stairs (circular) With luggage the trek up the stairs was a little difficult (no elevator). The room although it did indicate small, it was very small. The bathroom was not that user friendly for my husband.

The location is super good. You have good access to any famous places in Paris from Châtelet Les Halls , which has direct trains to/from CDG. Louvre is in a walking distance.
As some guests mentioned, the toilet is small and the drain of shower room smells a bit. It was acceptable for me considering the price.

The location was great
The 5 flights of stairs lucky we only had small bags, the staircase was very tight and the room was very hot even with the fan running. The bathroom was very small hard for using the toilet as knees knocked the door

"The location is great, the studio is a bit small but cozy enough for 2 people. We came in winter, the heating system is also good and warm."
