Good value for money, close to the sea, clean and had everything we needed! Easy check in and check out

Hard to find on maps, lots of stairs to get to it, a little bit loud at night but could sleep ok!

I liked the bed, comfy. I like the neiborhood, few steps up was a little market and really good italian restaurant. Everything was close by. Steps down and to the left was a really good fado restaurant, excelent food. If you do not want to take so many steps then come from the port side. Allthough i like the place.

One towel had holes in it. Some dishes where dirty. Kitchen towel would have been a nice touch.

Bed was very comfy, clean white sheets, tv, lots of plug sockets, wardrobe, sofa etc. Great WiFi and amazing location.

Noisy!!! You can hear the neighbours walking around and people talking on the street and those entering their apartments next door, sounding like it is in the room. The room could have been cleaned better, when I arrived the floor was dirty and you could not walk around barefoot without collecting bits on your feet. Cockroaches… I found 1 then 2 days later found 4 more, uncontrollable but not nice. The washing machine didn’t work and I only had 2 large and 2 small towels for a week’s stay and could not wash them. I spoke to customer services but everything they advised did not work either. The key box is on the door frame, it is not as the instructions say on the right of the door this is someone else’s key box, it is basically on the door but slightly right, difficult to see at night. Note- there is no air con or heating just a small heater which is perfect and an air con unit I did not use.
