Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do szpitala. Jak również do Pałacu Kultury, czy też nad Wisłę lub Pola Mokotowskie.

W zasadzie tylko lokalizacja blisko szpitala. Mieszkanie jest poprawne, ale niczym się nie wyróżnia.
Zacznę od tego, że nigdzie nie ma napisane, że to lokal na 3 piętrze w starym bloku bez windy - nie każdemu może to pasować. Sam lokal ładny na zdjęciach z oferty, ale w rzeczywistości bardziej zużyty i niedoczyszczony. Lustra pęknięte, dużo kurzu, zacieki na płytkach, ponadrywane zasłony, co sugeruje, że mieszkanie jest tyko pobieżnie sprzątane.
