Простора, чиста квартира, з чудовою звукоізоляцією, не дивлячись що квартира знаходиться на першому поверсі завдяки металевим зовнішнім ролетам в квартирі тихо! Все так як і на фото, постіль чиста, рушники чисті, все супер!
При заїзді в квартирі дуже сильно воняла каналізація, але потім все пройшло, треба замінити подушки, бо вони в грудочку збиті, на кухні додати столові прибори бо їх дуже мало і було б чудово додати мікрохвильову піч, тоді ця квартира буде на оцінку 10!
