The property is located in a quiet, gated area at the end of Quintina Street, right beside Holy Cross Chapel. Being tucked away in a corner and at a dead-end makes it peaceful and relatively free from traffic noise, which I really appreciated.
However, the access road is quite narrow, and the property can be difficult to find if it's your first time visiting. Several Grab drivers had trouble locating the entrance because it's somewhat hidden. I hope the management installs a larger, more visible sign right outside the gate to make it easier for guests and drivers to spot the property.
Despite the narrow road and the challenge of finding it, I enjoyed the secure environment. Once you're familiar with the location, it's a comfortable place to stay.

One thing I consistently appreciated during my stay was the cleanliness of the bed linens. While the rooms no longer use the RedDoorz-branded sheets shown in the Agoda listing photos, the plain white sheets and pillowcases were always clean, fresh-smelling, and comfortable. The towels were also clean and in good condition.
One area that could still be improved is pest control. I occasionally encountered ants, small cockroaches, and tiny bathroom flies. The staff did their best to keep the property clean and even reminded guests not to eat inside the rooms to help minimize pests, but I hope management can implement a more long-term pest management solution.
Overall, the cleanliness of the linens and the staff's efforts made my stay comfortable. With stronger pest control measures and updated listing photos that accurately reflect the current rooms, the guest experience would be even better.

One thing I appreciated was the property's convenient location. There are convenience stores, laundry shops, and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to buy essentials or grab a meal without going far.
There is already a sign before entering Quintina Street, which helps point guests in the right direction. However, because the property is tucked away in a corner inside a gated area, the signage at the entrance isn't very noticeable. A larger, more visible sign right outside the gate would make it much easier for first-time guests and Grab drivers to locate the property.
The common TV also needs some attention. During my stay, the streaming apps weren't working, and the YouTube app kept crashing. I was still able to watch videos using the TV's web browser, but it would be much more convenient if the apps were repaired or updated.
These are relatively minor issues, and with a few improvements, the overall guest experience would be even better.

Besheet doesnt look like as presentable as the photo but for the price It's good for just a place to rest and sleep. There are good bathrooms, free water on the kitchen. Just not bad for the price
