    The room was clean, and the location was very convenient, with a mall nearby and easy access to transportation. However, there were several issues during my stay. The air conditioner was extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep. The hot water was not working, and despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smoke smell inside the room. The smoke smell was especially strong in the bathroom when we turned off the exhaust fan. The water pressure was strong, which was good. However, be careful with the bathroom floor, as it gets very slippery when wet. Overall, the cleanliness and location were good, but the issues with the air conditioning, hot water, smoke smell, and slippery bathroom floor affected the overall comfort of my stay. I hope the hotel can address these concerns for future guests.

    Everyone was very nice and pleasant. The staff her was AMAZING. Attended to my every need fast and proficient. Very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again 👍😇😊
