Haggerston Castle LAKEFIELD 12 - ENTERTAINMENT PASSES NOT INCLUDED

The location is great, not far from takeaways. Nice addition to have an airfryer

Very minor issue The hoover bag needed changing, so full couldn't use it and there wasn't a spare one so I could have done it myself.

Had all that was needed.

The caravan had everything we needed. Literally from teabags, to shower gel to tin foil. All those little bits that you need but are not usually there. There were even bowls for the dog and doggy treats. The caravan site is lovely too... very green and lush with lakes including all the wildlife that lives on them.

Only one thing ... bath towels weren't included and we didn't get the message about this until we'd already set off. The owner very kindly offered to reimburse us if we had to buy any. Luckily, my other half had packed two camping towels which I hadn't realised till later. I hadn't given his organizational skills enough credit 😊

Lovely caravan and includes everything you need. Clean and a comfortable bed. Great spot on the park, although a little noisy on the night.

Nothing to complain about re the property. The communication from the owner could have been better, we received no check-in details and it was a stressful start to the our trip away. Other reviews say they had great communication so maybe we were the rare ones that didn’t receive our key code but an apology and some accountability would have been nice. Also, when you check in at the gate, Haven just send you on your way to find the caravan, so ask for a map or directions to save driving around trying to find it.
