Lakeside North Lodge 23 Modern 3 Bed with WiFi & Parking

Nice clean comfortable caravan close to amenities. Had a great time with no hassle .

Struggled with step in but only because I’m short and have knee problems.

All aspects of the location and facilities . The host was excellent with effective communication at all times.

The fact we could not stay longer at that time.

The property was a really good size and spotlessly clean. Full of all the essentials , toiletries and cleaning products and spare towels etc. beds were very comfortable and good sized wardrobes. The site itself has a good variety of places to eat and drink and it’s a great location for going out and about.

We didn’t encounter anything negative really although we did bring a small lamp into the main room as it was a little dark with just the tv and too bright with the main lights on. We have a small dog who easily gets under your feet

Pleasant setting, looked clean, however...

The caravan smelled of something like, "Shake and Vacc!" It was a really strong smell Far worse than that was that there was no hot water to the caravan at all Trying to shower before bed was a shockingly freezing experience:( There was no booklet with instructions how anything worked and it was rather too late to go to reception and complain Someone called Kamil sent me a text to say a previous resident had turned the boiler off! So why wasn't the caravan fully checked to make sure it was ready for the next people who booked it? It could have been a pleasant stay, but we were eager to get home to shower. Also we waited 35 minutes for the fish and chips we ordered onsite that were supposed to be 15 minutes. The staff worked hard but were understaffed/ overwhelmed. Nice fish and chips when we eventually got it.
