Very well located apartment so close to the ferry port. The block it is in is a bit grubby on the outside and the common parts are a bit tired, but the lift works well and there is keyed access for security and a card access system for the suite - the suite / apartment is just wow from the moment you walk in. Really modern and has been upgraded to a high standard. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful. Illuminated mirror with heating element so it doesn’t fog up, separate shower and toilet with glass privacy panels and doors. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine for longer stays, kettle coffee pod machine, hairdryer, iron, towels, & extra linen if required. Central heating with radiators which was very welcome in February. Air conditioning unit for the summer months. The hosts were quick to respond if you need anything and best of all, the price was really reasonable. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when back in Volos.
Not a complaint but the shower floor is very slippery - but beautifully finished in marble😁

Η τοποθεσία ήταν βολική για όποιον θέλει να κινείται στο κέντρο. Εμείς αφήσαμε το αυτοκίνητο στο πάρκινγκ απέναντι (στο λιμάνι) και μας βόλεψε πολύ η τοποθεσία σε ο,τι κάναμε. Το διαμέρισμα μικρό αλλά ανακαινισμένο και ευχάριστο.
Το βασικότερο είναι ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ κρύο όταν φτάσαμε. Είχε 10 βαθμούς μέσα. Καθίσαμε για λίγη ώρα και φύγαμε για φαγητό, επομένως δεν ζεστάθηκε γιατί μόλις βγάλεις την κάρτα κλείνει και η θέρμανση. Έπρεπε να καθίσουμε αρκετές ώρες για να φτάσει σε ικανοποιητική θερμοκρασία, επομένως περιμέναμε έως τότε στο κρύο. Αν και η περιοχή είχε ησυχία όπως και η πολυκατοικία, το βράδυ ακουγόταν μουσική από πάρτυ. Ξεκίνησε γύρω στις 12 και σταμάτησε στις 6 το πρωί. Αυτό είχε ως αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάμε συνεχώς το βράδυ και να είναι ανήσυχος ο ύπνος μας.

Σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσία. Ήταν όλα καινούργια και φυσικά καθαρά. Φώτα και εξαερισμοί παντού.
