Η τοποθεσία και η θέα
Δεν μπορείς να τα έχεις όλα.. Είχε αρκετή φασαρία λόγω των μαγαζιών της παραλιακής οδού του Βόλου. Επίσης ενώ έχει όλες τις συσκευές για διαμονή δεν είναι λειτουργικές. Π.χ ο φούρνος μικροκυμάτων είναι πάνω στην κουζίνα. Ακομη ενώ έχει τρία δωμάτια δεν υπάρχει σαλονάκι και μόνο το ένα δωμάτιο έχει τηλεόραση . Καλύτερα η τηλεόραση να ήταν στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο. Δεδομένου ότι ταξιδέψαμε φίλοι κ όχι οικογένεια.

Το καταλυμα ηταν στο κεντρο του βολου . Ειχε τρομερη θεα το λιμανι . Ηταν καθαρο και τακτοποιημένο και ο ιδιοκτήτης ανταποκρίθηκε αμεσα σε οτι απορια ειχαμε .
Το μπανιο ηταν μικρο και αβολο .τα air condition αρκετα παλια με αποτέλεσμα να μην φαινεται στο χειριστηριο η θερμοκρασία που θελεις ν βαλεις . Εξω στο μπαλκονι ετρεχαν νερα απο το air condition και μας ηταν λιγο δυσαρεστο να καθομαστε εξω με τα νερα στο πατωμα . Η κουζινα αρκετα παλια . Η τηλεόραση δεν ειχε καλο σημα . Θεωρω πως θελει αμεση άνακαινηση και αντικατάσταση καποιον πραγματων .
