Elong Hotel Jakarta PIK

المكان راقي وجميل

المكان ممتاز

The hotel is new, clean and well maintained. It is comfortable stay if you need the bells and whistles, and great value for money. Bed was firm and comfortable. The staff was very warm and friendly, especially front desk Michelle, who loaned me a power bank just on my word.

Location was a little off centre in PIK with only a few fast food joints and restaurants nearby. Breakfast that was included was decent, but unfortunately I bit into a cold meat bun (the steamer was either faulty or wasn’t turned on). This suggest a need for greater operational quality control on F&B

Location الموقع

الفطور متواضع - breakfast not so bad

Spacious room

Hotel still under construction rooms not fully finished yet, construction creates noise. Breakfast poor for western guests. Shower only a rain shower, the regular shower head is only a hip hight. Kids running around and screaming in the hallways. Light shining into the room from a technical space next to the room, having to plug the key hole with a pencil. Mentioned all this to the reception and no response ever came.
