Dusty on lamp and carpet

Good size room had good tv stations. Location was above a mall so you could just walk through the hotel to the mall .. Big comfy bed. Loads of storage Staff were nice

This property is very dated.. the bathroom suit is prob as ald as I am... furniture very dated fits the purpose but defo needs a good revamp... food and drink was way more expensive than yogyakarta like 40k extra on same food items and drink breakfast cost 195k and it was like a zoo so many people no comfortable nor the quality was not there...bit disappointing No map of city available no ideas of what to go see or do..not very informative staff..

Old property! Shower area could be design better, the whole toilet get wet after shower whic is disappointing. I stayed there 3 nights. Every evening i had to go to receiption to reactivate the card. Dissapointing!

Breakfast - Food choices are great. So many choices. Appreciate that the company introduce Indonesian traditional dishes as well as traditional beverages (not sure what's the name, there was ginger mixed kind of herbs). Places are quite spacious and accomodate guests very well

The room. It is managed by Swissbell but the room doesn't represent the brand. The bathtub looks old and quite sleepery. No hand shower. The exhaust is not not too weak hence the bathroom feel weird. The overall room should be improved. Secondly, it is quite confusing to adjust the aircon. It just as simple as having a small screen and few buttons to adjust the aircon but I didn't find it that way. Not sure whether all the rooms are the same or it's just my room.
