It was good value for money, very light and had a lot of bedrooms
Parking was tricky although we got our 7-seater in the garage. It was further out from Brighton centre and a bit further from the beach, but that's why it was cheaper - and my family liked local walking

The were so many beds! All nicely made up with towels on each one . Bedroom downstairs was handy for my elderly parents and downstairs toilet too .
3 bedrooms upstairs with bunk beds in one room , 2 small double beds in another room and main double room .
Bathroom with bath and toilet was ok. Kitchen had everything you needed except a tea-towel!
In the kitchen the microwave was so high up I needed a chair to use it . Very complicated . Gave up and used hob instead .
Living room was so small . Ok for us 3 but if the house was full , not sure how everyone would fit in .
Broken furniture . Dirty carpets
Worst thing was the garden . So scruffy and actually dangerous for my little grandchildren to walk around . Needs a huge overhaul and many trips to the tip!!
Ciggy buts in the bbq, crate of empty bottles of beer outside . Not good enough ..
