The resort was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful, made sure we didnt lack anything. We enjoyed our stay. The package includes sauna and massage and we love it.

I spent 2 nights here in a beautiful, warm, comfortable villa with a great shower, hot water, comfortable linens, towels, etc., electric fireplace, working wifi and tv, and so much space to feel relaxed. The staff were exceptional. The spa treatments were great and I expect more facilities will be added to that. The views were spectacular. If you're not familiar with the area it's important to know the resort is isolated so it's not the place to stay if you wish to venture out and shop, see sights, etc. but for 2 days I did not want to leave! I wish there had been a gift shop or place to pick up toiletries, snacks, etc. (though the room offered soap, shaving and dental supplies, shampoo, conditioner, etc). The pool was not 'ready' for swimming most of the day (I assume for chemical balancing) so I never got to swim which was unfortunate but the pool area was beautiful. The food was delicious but I can't ignore the fact that I saw a large rat run across some dining room seating shortly before I left (that is responsible for my entire 2 star cleanliness deduction - everything else was pristine). The indoor coffee service (while delicious and traditional) also left the dining room quite heavily smoky at breakfast.

we made a reservation and came here expecting to spend time swimming in the pool. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed to find that the water is extremely cold. Yesterday, my kids tried to swim but couldn’t, and my son ended up having stomach pain during the night.
Right now, we don’t know what to do we’re just sitting in our room with nothing to do. Is this acceptable? At the very least, guests should be informed that the pool is cold, so that people who come expectingh to swim don’t end up paying for nothing.
We checked out of the hotel before our actual stay ended, and of course no one will compensate us or refund the money.
