The appartment is nice, has 7 bedrooms and 2 terraces and pretty much all the ameneties you need. The location is verry good, quiet and close to Ventas Metro Station. The terrace is nice.
We did not know that 2 of the rooms are in the basement, next to the garage, the’re joined together and only the first has outside windows. From the pictures we can’t tell this. Better soaps and shower gel should be provided.

Casa grande. Buena comunicación en metro.
Nos quisieron hacer pagar 900€ de más antes de entrar, por un supuesto motivo de limpieza extra, el cual no se devolvería, a parte de los 2000€ de fianza. Uno de los porteros era maleducado, el ee origen latino.
