Die Übergabe hat super geklappt, sehr netter Vermittler vor Ort. Alle Fragen online beantwortet. Waschmaschine und Trockner in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Beleuchtung im Badezimmer.

Výhled, vybavená kuchyň, pohodlná postel, úložné prostory, sušička na prádlo, velmi milý majitel
Byt není bezbariérový, což byl menší problém s kočárkem, ale poradili jsme si. Někomu by mohl vadit malinkatý sprchový kout (rozměrnější člověk by se nemusel vejít).

Die außerordentlichen Lage direkt in der Marina mit Meerblick. Ein neues Appartement in einem Top Zustand , blitzblank geputzt. ( Habe ich bei meinen vielen Reisen und Aufenthalten noch nie gesehen!) Ein sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Vermieter bzw. Verwalter des App. Großen Dank und jederzeit wieder @
Hier gibt es überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.

- Beste Lage - Blick vom Balkon zum Hafen - Weg zum Meer/Zentrum - Ausstattung Apartment: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Küchenutensilien etc. - Parkplatz vor der Tür, wenn auch in der Sonne, obwohl Tiefgarage vorhanden - leckeres Restaurant in der Nähe
- Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Badezimmer viel zu dunkel, nur eine kleine LED- Lampe über dem Spiegel - Duschekabine super eng, kaum Platz um sich vernünftig zu waschen (schlanke Figur), Wasserdruck bei Warmwasser katastrophal, zum Glück war es warm und wir brauchten nur kaltes Wasser - sogenannte Klimaanlage im Wohn-und Schlafzimner ist nur eine Lüftung (geruchsintensiv, nicht gewartet), Temperaturen lagen somit an allen Tagen innen bei 29/30 Grad!!! - erholsamer Schlaf ausgeschlossen - Mückenhölle weil keine Mückennetze vorhanden - hellhörig, wenn Apartments alle besetzt sind - Preis-Leistung keinesfalls gegeben
