1) When booking, the owner demanded an additional, exorbitant deposit of €450, even though the reservation itself was €390. In other words, the deposit actually exceeded the cost of the reservation. Most importantly, the owner deceived us and still hasn't returned the €450 deposit in full, despite our careful behavior, no damage to the apartment, and no claims against us. 2) The owner only gave us the exact address of the apartment at the last minute before check-in at 3:00 PM, despite our requests for it both the day before and the day of arrival. We had to spend a considerable amount of time getting there. 3) During our stay, the owner wrongfully canceled our Booking.com reservation, falsely claiming we hadn't arrived, which caused us problems and anxiety. He explained that it was an accident and his mistake, although he never corrected it. As a result, our trip wasn't covered by Booking.com's loyalty program, which also created confusion, and for this reason, we didn't receive a refund of part of our deposit. When we filed a complaint, the host blamed Booking.com, and Booking blamed the host, and ultimately, we didn't receive a refund of part of our deposit. 4) The toilet was dirty upon arrival. It's awkwardly positioned: it's against the wall, making it difficult to sit comfortably. The only way to relieve yourself is to sit to the left of the toilet, which is very uncomfortable. 5) It's impossible to sleep at night, even with the windows closed. The windows overlook a busy road next to a traffic light. Cars and motorcycles stop and start loudly when the light turns green. Noisy groups of people constantly walk past the windows at night, talking and shouting loudly. 6) The kitchen is minimally equipped. There was only one wine glass. I had to buy another. There is no cutting board; the tabletop serves as both a work surface and a cutting board and is covered in knife marks.

Me cobraron 450 euros (más del doble de lo que me costó el alquiler)de fianza por dos noches de estadía, constantemente te escriben para advertirte que puedes perder la fianza lo cual hace que te sientas incomodo en todo momento porque te sientes amenazado y vigilado. Fue una experiencia estresante y desagradable. Me exigieron la fianza de inmediato bajo la amenaza de perder mi reserva y por ende el dinero del alquiler. Tardaron cuatro días en devolver mi dinero de la fianza. No lo recomiendo. En los últimos doce meses me he hospedado en Londres, Roma, Dublín, fez, Alemania, Marrakech y nunca me pasó la experiencia desagradable que tuve en este apartamento. No merece pertenecer a Booking.

La ubicacion

Para empezar llegue y la cocina estaba sin limpiar bien. El apartamento no es igual que el de las fotos, al menos el que me tocó a mí que es el B. En el baño hay que mear y hacer aguas mayores sentado de lado porque no hay espacio. Y es muy denigrante la situación. ##Y por encima de todo, hay tantísimo ruido que entra de la calle que es imposible dormir a no ser que te pongas tapones, y aún poniéndote los es un verdadero horror cada noche. Y es por culpa de que las ventanas no cierran## Las almohadas no son almohadas. No volvería ni aunque me lo dieran gratis.
