Fajne położenie. Kapcie dla gości.
W apartamencie jest głośno. Ma się wrażenie, że jest ciągle otwarte okno. Dodatkowym minusem jest dyskoteka w lokalu obok. W weekend grają i śpiewają do 1.00. Potem jest cisza. W sypialnie materac z jednej strony meeeega wyleżany. Ze względu na hałas z ulicy apartament ok dla dwóch osób, które będą spać w sypialni.

Posizione dell'appartamento fantastica. Tra i 10 e i 30 (Colosseo) minuti a piedi si raggiungono le principali attrazioni di Roma. Compo de Fiori e Trastevere vicinissimi. In prossimità buon servizio di bus, situazione che migliorerà sicuramente quando sarà terminata la costruzione della metro C.
Servizio di accoglienza perfetto.
Servizi ottimi. Comodo l'angolo cottura.
Migliore insonorizzazione della stanza da letto rispetto al locale di spazio d'arte musicale posto al suo confine.
Dotare il bagno di riscaldamento.
Migliore manutenzione periodica degli scarichi di lavabo e doccia. Troppo lenti.

Apparemment très bruyant toute la nuit et le jour donnant directement sur la rue à l’avant et sur une cour passante à l’arrière .
C’est un appartement en rez de chaussée dont la porte d’entrée donne directement sur la rue et dans le salon .
Pas de lumière naturelle, impossible d’ouvrir le rideau de la seule fenêtre car donne directement sur la rue.
Pas de lumière du jour dans la chambre.
Équipement cuisine restreint, manque de vaisselle, pas de lave vaisselle.
Couchage canapé lit très inconfortable.
Salle de bain sous un appentis .
Table pour le repas trop petite .
Appartement possible pour un couple et pour quelques jours mais pas pour une famille de 3 pour une semaine et plus
