Es ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar.
Im Februar ist es zu kalt in der Wohnung. Es fehlt eine richtige Heizung, um gemütlich sitzen zu können. Die Klimaanlage reicht dafür nicht aus!

Comodo departamento, con muy buena ubicacion. Todo limpio.
La calefaccion no era suficiente. Tanto en la habitacion como living esta el split dentro de un mueble con barillas lo cual no permitia que calefaccione bien. En el baño faltaria un toallero de calefaccion ya que hace mucho frio. Las mantas que tuve que agregar por el frio estabn dentro del placar y no estaban limpias. Tiene un termotanque muy chico y eramos 3 para bañarnos. Obvio que habia que esperar a que calentara.
