La Casa di Livietta

An amazing stay start to finish. The access worked well, the host was very communicative via WhatsApp and the apartment is nicely laid out. The location was great and there is a nice supermarket only a few blocks away. Very convenient from the Ottaviano train stop. The rooms were well laid out, the kitchen was very nice and the whole place was very classy. Nice air conditioning as well in the summer heat. I will try to stay here again when I am next in Rome.

Nothing. Just to set expectations properly the elevator is normal for apartments in Italy but small if you are expecting a full size. You can maybe get 3 people inside. It wasn't an issue but suprised the other people staying with me. It wasn't a problem and some places dont even have elevators so it worked out.

El diseño de interior del departamento está genial, de muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas y cuentas con todos los servicios, es com oestar en casa. Y aparte de todo tiene una terraza increíble, lista para tomarte un café por la mañana o para descansar con un trago al final del día.

No encontré la luz de la terraza, o no servía. Pero eso no influyó en mi estadía.

El espacio, la decoración, las habitaciones, en general muy bonito y cómodo.

Falta de menaje en la cocina, si se alquila para 6 personas no puede haber solo 4 vasos, 4 cucharillas, no hay tijeras, no hay microondas, no encontramos pinzas de la ropa… es la única pega. Lo demás genial.

Lage unschlagbar: fußläufig Vatikan erreichbar, Metro 10 Min.; Betten sehr gut, Wohnung warm, wenn's draußen abends kühler wird, gutes Bettzeug. Zimmer perfekt abdunkelbar, da 7. Stockwerk auch recht ruhig ( Aufzug!). Nette Gastronomie sowie gut sortierter Supermarkt in der Nähe. Einrichtung sparsam, aber gekonnt stilvoll. Eigentlich auch der kontaktlose Check-in aus der Ferne, wenn der mit rechtzeitigen konkreten Infos bezüglich Türöffnung/WLAN/Auschecken/Touristen-Taxe...ergänzt würde.

Im Duschbecken und einem Waschbecken läuft das Wasser sehr zäh ab. Das ist schon bemängelt worden, aber nicht gerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung müsste ergänzt werden. Gläser, Kaffeebecher ( einer läuft unten aus ), Pfannenwender, Schneebesen... Kaffeemaschine verkalkt, läuft endlos langsam. Sauberkeit in Bädern und Küche sollte besser sein für den Übernachtungspreis. Eigentlich tolle Unterkunft mit vielen Vorzügen. Möchte sie auch empfehlen, vielleicht haben wir ein bisschen Pech gehabt mit den empfundenen Missständen.
