I had come to Delhi for business and searched for the nearest hotel on booking.com. I liked the rates and room pics of Hotel Sapphire. I went to New Delhi station and called the hotel reception. They sent me a pass to pick up someone from the hotel. I liked it very much. There were many agents also who were doing fraud and were taking people to cheap hotels instead of paying cheap rates. I liked the behaviour of the hotel staff very much. The staff was also very good. The hotel rooms were also very nice and clean. I did not think that I would get such a good hotel at such a low price.
