This beautifully appointed Tarpon Springs Vacation Rental Studio is part of the main home in at ground level, and is located on a large fully fenced lot on a quiet street, yet only a few miles from the area’s best attractions, pristine beaches, beautiful state parks, and historic sites. This fantastic destination offers everything essential for a memorable escape to the tropics! We emphasize cleanness, quality linens and hotel quality white towels.
Tastefully furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 double sofa, bathroom (toilette, basin and shower), dining area, fully outfitted self catered kitchen, accommodates 2 adults comfortably. Very clean, quality linens and hotel quality white towels. Plenty of natural light, 50 inches flat screen HDTV, cable, DVD player, internet Wi-Fi & air conditioning. There is plenty of parking space (bring your boat), patio, table and chairs, propane BBQ grill, & adjacent backyard.
Guess Access: The Studio is completely private with its own entrance and access. It includes the use of the adjacent back yard and patio furniture.
Neighborhood overview: The property is perfectly situated 1.8 miles from Sunset Beach and 0.6 miles from Fred Howard Park and beach, embracing the Gulf Coast pristine beaches and soft white sand. Clearwater Beach is only 30 minutes from the home. Visitors can swim, fish, and snorkel in the warm waters of the Gulf. A few of golf courses include; The Tarpon Municipal Golf Course, Crescent Oaks and the renowned Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club. Nice little place to stay, perfect for a couple. They make good use of the space available and have everything you need. Very close to the beach, town, parks and the docks. Had a wonderful stay and enjoyed ourselves, highly recommended!

This studio is everything you need if visiting the Tarpon Springs, Fl area. It is close to everything and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.Studio is well equipped very pleasant.I plan on returning next year.
