About this house rental
This spacious 3 bedroom home has been newly decorated/furnished and is perfect for your trip! Comfy beds, lots of space, an arcade, air hockey/table tennis, beautiful shaded fenced back yard with a comfortable deck, spacious fully equipped kitchen, close to the World famous Sponge Docks, 2 separate incredible beaches super close, historic downtown, lots of breweries with live music, across the street from a park w/ tennis courts, and more- there's something for everyone!
Sleeps 8 with the pull out queen sized sofa bed. Master bedroom has a comfortable, cool king bed. 2nd bedroom has two twin size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed. The pull out sofa bed is located in the “family room” with its own temperature control & ability to close doors for noise barrier & privacy. Every single bedroom plus the family room have smart TV’s. Very comfortable & spacious.
Everything is accessible except 2 locked closets for owner/cleaning supplies
Locally accessible for emergencies but contact free check in
Quiet residential area close to downtown, sponge docks, 2 beaches, parks, restaurants, breweries, and more.
2 car garage with a large driveway. Plenty of parking. Located in a residential neighborhood.
There is a single nest camera pointed at the driveway.
Bring your golf cart or bikes (or rent them!) you can get almost everywhere locally on a golf cart or bikes- even the beach!
The backyard is fenced but not secure for smaller dogs. Please be cautious with pets and smaller children.
We offer a pack n’ play portable crib for those traveling with infants. High chair is also available upon request.
No events/ parties. NO smoking/vaping/etc inside the house.

Do not miss a chance to stay here! This home is even more beautiful than the pics depict. I always thought I had a knack for decorating but the decor in this home has caused me to rethink that. :) It is immaculate, well equipped with anything you might need or want. Tv's in all rooms are awesome! Beds are comfy, and linens are lovely and soft, albeit we only used 2 of the three rooms. Location is central to anywhere you want to go. Tips: getting in/out of driveway is tricky as road is very busy and people drive much to fast-tried to back in but that was not doable. Drive however is wide enough to turn around to pull out. At first, I was a little concerned about road noise, but it was no issue at all. IMPORTANT tip: Be sure to pull the front door hard to close. My husband did not do so, and the door would open. Our puppy ran to the open door a few times. Thank you for everything Kristen!
