Good location, close to everything, modern building and furniture

RentPlanet , the management company is not responsive. If you have the issue, you have to call and waiting time sometimes is 60 minutes or longer. They manage probably hundreds properties and have only one person to answer calls. Wifi did not work, called them twice and sent messages through WhatsApp and they didn’t respond. I stayed 8 days at the property and they offered to send the technician on the last day of my stay only after I sent a message about bad review. Since it was the last day I kindly declined the offer. I ended up paying $100 in roaming fees. Other issues: the curtains are white and do not stop the light from the street, the bed is too low and if you are over 60 may have trouble to get up, no closed shower, only bathtub , the kitchen counter top is all cracked and needs replacing
