Really good position. Near the Avon & easy walking distance to central attractions. Bus stop outside the door.
Quiet though in a busy area.
Access was an issue. Initially the vehicle gate code did not work. I wasn't in a car so wondered if it needed to sense a vehicle. Luckily I could duck through the gate when a vehicle was leaving. Then could retrieve the house keys from the lock box. Code didn't work for the pedestrian gates either. Last morning the electronic front door decided it wouldn't work either.

Clean and tidy townhouse with all the necessities. Nice short walk to the central city & Te Kaha. Great communication. Would highly recommend this place.

the parking is good and close to the door nice secure courtyard. Good shower, nice kitchen and living area, with a deck outside.
the queen bed is very firm with a lumpy topper. Probably too new and too firm for my liking, it will suit some people. Both toilets are upstairs and the stairs are steep with quite short risers, not a great design, make sure you use the hand rail.
