Spacious Luxury 2 Bedroom City Centre Apartment with Terrace & High Ceiling

The property was absolutely lovely—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent and convenient for exploring Canterbury. We would happily stay here again.

Location. Door step away from the high street.

It was a late on the day booking as the VRBO house we had booked months previously cancelled the day before. Excellent comms from the host to accommodate the late booking which was very much appreciated. FANTASTIC location in the centre of Canterbury. Parking advice (for the extremely limited available parking) given and was able to purchase a digital parking permit via the host.

Asking for ID verification. Wasn't able to provide as we were travelling and had no such ID on us. However when I spoke to the host on the telephone they overrode the requirement for this. It was difficult to find the apartment block. Communal hallway scruffy and dirty. Apartment itself overall was clean. Some mess from roofers who were doing some work when we arrived. Note we were a late booking. One corner of the carpet in the hallway is a trip hazard.

The property was nice with high ceilings big front room. Everything you need was in walking distance.

We Could not believe the fact that the property was absolutely disgustingly dirty we ourselves actually left it more clean than when we arrived to. Also the noise from the people upstairs You could hear every movement from people only walking about and you could hear them talking so the walls are extremely thin. It wasn’t that the people were disrespectful. It was just that you could hear like they were in the same room and as anyone will know that it’s been in the middle flat or a flat where there has been people above it it’s not pleasant when ceilings are this thin. I could not believe how well our property could be done at the furnishing but it could so easily not be left clean from the previous people that have obviously stayed there, this is unacceptable. Especially when a property is extremely expensive completely ruined our valentines weekend and that not an exaggeration. So we were so sad.
