The location and cleanliness. Accessible with Bus #37 from EWR for $1.85 which runs every 30-40 min. From the same bus stop, Bus #107 connects with Port Authority on the 42nd St in Manhattan for $7.1. It runs once every 30 min.

Felt clean and safe, I don't normally stay in a shared property space like that but it felt clean, quiet and safe.

Could have used a lamp in the room, small thing really.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property, given how little I paid. The bedroom was big, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and the place felt very secure. As a crash pad for one night prior to an early flight at EWR, I couldn't beat it.

It would be nice for there to be some sort of self-serve coffee setup. Pods or something. Great that there are mugs that say "coffee" but not great that there's nothing to put in them. (I imagine a lot of folks are doing what I did, which is catching an early flight at EWR, right next door.)

There was a really heavy cigarette odor as soon as we opened the door to the room. The headboard was very dirty, filled with white stains and hairs. The towels also had mystery stains (this time a brown hue) and the bathroom was dirty. The kitchen sink was ALSO dirty, it had food residue clogging the drain (visible). I blame our bad luck with the other people staying but also blame the owners for the dirty room. The smell was definitely the worst part. Would also like to note that the walls are very thin, in the morning the other guests were very loud and you can hear everything that’s happening in the bathroom. Wouldn’t stay here again.
