The apartment is very nicely furnished, the view is beautiful, and the communication with the host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. I was grateful that a drying rack was bought for us upon request, which I really appreciated

However, during our stay we noticed significant mold growth around the window areas, which was a health concern for us. The issue was explained by the host as dirt caused by wind and rain and not mold, which I personally found disappointing given the visible extent and the impact it had on our well-being. The situation was described as typical for winter, but for us the apartment was not suitable under these conditions, especially for guests with allergies or respiratory sensitivities. It also appeared that the building complex itself may have broader moisture or mold-related issues, as several units seemed unoccupied. Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential, but the moisture and mold situation should be properly addressed to ensure a healthy and comfortable stay for future guests.
