We liked the cleanliness and the ease of access. There's a lot of potential. We didn't mind the location; town IS walkable but it was out of season so the roads were quiet - also good.

We were surprised to find a derelict apartment block across the road and in front of the balcony undergoing building work or demolition we couldn't tell which. We didn't like that there was building work in one of the adjoining apartments with hammers and hammer drills going for two days (we recorded examples) which impacted ability to read and relax at the apartment There seemed to be a condensation problem as the windows steamed up badly on the cool mornings I would say it needs a handyman around it for a day or two; the shower extract fan was noisy and ill fitted, the kitchen sink tap was loose, the bathroom tap was plumbed hot to cold and cold to hot; the kitchen cabinet door handles are all just glued on and keep coming off... it just needs a handyman My partner has the photos
