The property is within walking distance to Uffizi and other major attractions. Host is quick to respond to our requests. We appreciate the early check in and the in person welcome from the host. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The washing machine works.

MUY AMABLE SERVICIAL Y HABLABA UN ESPAÑOL PERFECTO LO QUE HIZO MUY CÓMDA LA COMUNICACIÓN TANTO CON ÉL COMO EN LAS LLAMADAS QUE HICIMOS PARA AVISAR DE LA LLEGADA. TODOS MUY AMABLES Y EL APARTAMENTO CÓMODO Y TRANQUILO.
ES CIERTO QUE HAY UN PEQUEÑO TRAMO DESDE EL APARTAMENTO AL CENTRO Y EL APARCAMIENTO SI LLEVAS COCHE ES INVIABLE, ESTÁ EN PLENO CENTRO Y SON CALLES QUE NO TIENEN APARCAMIENTO ALGUNO Y LOS CERCANOS SON PARA RESIDENTES, HAY QUE APARCAR LEJOS Y CON PARKÍMETRO O ALQUILAR GARAJE.

The location of this apartment is very good: a nice 15-minute walk from the city center, with public transport connections and nice bars and restaurants nearby. It was easy to check in and the agency managing the property was flexible with check-in and check-out times.
Some items, especially in the bathroom, were broken, which we mentioned to the agency. Nothing disturbing, but it shows some lack of interest. The apartment was relatively clean, but our socks were black from walking on the pavement within 10 minutes. The place also had a weird smell from time to time.
Nothing to blame the host for, but we had issues with other guests in the apartment above us: they were noisy on the staircase and in their apartment, keeping us awake at night.
