The best apartment in Saranda

The apartment was amazing, spacious, clean extremely comfortable. I would recommend 100 per cent.

The view from the balcony was second to none. Sitting in the hot tub looking over saranda bay was breathtaking.

Apartment was spacious, view from balcony was amazing especially the sunset, you can sit in the jacuzzi and watch the world go by. not to far from seafront. definitetly recommend

Very disappointing and misrepresented on the website.

The location was fine - close to Sarande main beach, but not noisy.

Getting into the property: It is very difficult to find, so we had to meet up with the host. This took a long time because we had communication difficulties. The check-in procedure definitely needs improving. The state of the property: This penthouse is over-hyped in the description. The place is falling to bits. I could make a list of specific items, but it would be very long. The host: He pressured us into cancelling the Booking.com reservation so that he could save the host fee. He was also a shocking communicator. We tried to contact him several times about a simple issue (rubbish disposal), but no reply. The beds: Most uncomfortable bed that I have ever slept on. Very hard. Major items that need attention: Door missing on wardrobe. Broken blind in one of the bedrooms - stuck halfway down. Poor drainage in Red Bathroom (flooded easily). Toilet flush broken. Bad water leaks from the roof when it rained (..we had to use three pots to catch the water). No air con in one of the bedrooms. Bizarre items in the property - an exercycle in the lounge?? Etc etc. By the way, the host's name is not Andri.

Lovely views but requires some cleaning and renovation

The host was kind. The location is excellent and there is a beautiful view. The flat can comfortably host up to 8 people.

The flat was not cleaned to the highest standard. The amenities were old and require some renovation - the building is quite old and not very clean. Also, I would have preferred not to pay in cash but the host insisted.

The stay was comfortable and everything met my expectations.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The host was very kind and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. He communicated well, gave us recommendations and responded quickly to our queries. His father also kindly stored our luggage safely before check-in. The balcony view was beautiful, overlooking the Sarande area and beach. The location was convenient, with many restaurants, shops, and the beach nearby. Wish we could stay longer as we were only there for one night!
