Nothing. It was perfect.

My stay at DAED luxury apartment was absolutely perfect for my solo trip! The space was so modern, spotlessly clean, and had the best views of the sea! The location was so private, safe, and I was able to walk to everything and explore! What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. They were like family - Red, Adriana, and Joni went above and beyond in every interaction, welcoming me with genuine warmth, offering helpful local tips, and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and kindness elevated the whole experience, turning a beautiful property into a place I’ll always remember and that I had to extend my stay for! I couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home and can’t wait to return!

The location was great and the rooms were modern. The outside decking was nice with comfortable sun beds and a decent bar.

The rooms were not sound proof, I could hear every movement from different rooms and all the noice outside. If this was rectified it would be perfect.

We stayed here for three nights and loved it! The Queen suite apartment was a decent size, very clean and had an amazing view out and balcony that looked over the ocean - we saw some gorgeous sunsets! The best part about the hotel is the fact it has its own decking area with sunbeds, a bar and you can take a dip in the sea. It was so nice - to compare we went to a beach club in Ksamil on one day and regretted it as we preferred the vibe at the hotel ! The cocktails (especially Pina Coladas) were delicious and a decent price. The hotel is in a good location and only a 15 min walk to the main strip of Sarande.

Couldn't fault much, however we felt the kitchen could have been slightly better equipped with things like tea towel/ oven gloves. We also couldn't get the pans to work on the hobs which might have just been us.. (rather than calling reception we just used the oven instead). Its fine if your plan is to eat out most evenings (there are a million restaurants within walking distance!)

The apartment was exceptional and finished to a high standard, everything there that you need. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Fantastic value for money and a great location.

A little loud at night due to being right next door to Lost beach club. Ask for a room on left side of the building to help with this!

Very friendly and very clean

We loved the property! It was gorgeous. Super new, the interior design was beautiful and the apartment was lovely and big. We had the ground apartment with the gate that leads onto the beach area and bar, it was never too noisy. My favourite thing to do was to sit in the swinging egg chair each morning and take it all in. We stay here again for sure and I’ll be recommending it

This place is luxurious. No expense has been spared on fixtures and fitting. The beds are comfortable with good quality sheets. The showers are great even if some water does trickle out onto the bathroom floor. The staff are always on hand to assist you in advice, direction and recommendations. Special mention to RED and JONI. RED runs the decking and swimming area amongst other things and is the most friendly, chilled out guy ever. Loves his job and one day I find him teaching a daughter of one of the other guests to dive. They were having great fun. You feel safe in the water whenever he’s around. It get a little choppy in the afternoon. JONI runs the bar and is a real expert at making cocktails and keeping the music to a perfect ambiance. In the morning he chose mellow guitar tunes and built them up through the day to a chill out electronic DJ set… Very relaxing at all times… Adriana at reception is beautiful and welcoming. Although the previous guests had taken liberties leaving the room resulting in us not being able check in, we were directed by Adriana and her colleagues to Joni’s bar for free drinks until our room became available.

No complaints

The complex is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar men were lovely and made lovely fresh cocktails. The cleaning team were also fantastic and our room was always immaculate when they had been in . Cant fault anything it was perfect.

Perfect location with super nice terrace at the sea where you can swim! The people that run the place are very chill and helpful.

Our absolute favorite place we stayed in Europe and we have been traveling for a month! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. The apartment is so spacious and impeccably clean. The view from the room is spectacular. The air conditioning is strong and the hot water never runs out. The deck with daybeds and the bar next to it was our favorite thing to do every day. You are overlooking the entire bay of Sarande and Corfu. The sunsets are epic and it sets directly in front of you. It is absolutely stunning and feels like you are staring at a riviera in the south of France. The daybeds are comfortable and it feels like a fancy beach club. You can jump directly into the water from the daybeds and they have ladders and steps to make it easily accessible along with pool floaties to use in the ocean and a shower to rinse off after. The staff here are also what make this place so wonderful. The bartender was the kindest, sweetest man who made the most delicious cocktails and treated us to shots on our last night. The man who checked us in took care of us throughout our whole stay and we loved him! He made us laugh and answered all of our questions. They all feel like family! Lastly, the location is perfect! The bus stop to Ksamil is directly outside of the property. It’s a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk if you want to go to the main part of town and along the way there are a ton of restaurants and bars. Overall this was a five star experience and I highly recommend it to anyone! I would come back here in a heartbeat and can’t wait to return

Nothing - everything was absolutely perfect!

Everything was amazing, I didn’t wanna leave! The hotel is super modern and has a beautiful architecture. The terrace beach area is so beautiful and exclusive and has a great view. The rooms were super clean and beautiful. We arrive very late but were welcomed super lovely without any complications. The garage is great in case you travel with car. We felt super home and can’t wait to come back. Sending love to Martina and Red!

Nice new spacious apartment, good aircondition, clean. Good location a little bit out of town center, but still walking distance. Lovely sun deck, with amazing view. Nice bar on the sun deck. Underground car parking.

Nothing, all was good

Everything was perfect, the girl who workes in the reception is lovely and so helpful. The area was great with great restaurants. The sunbeds at the sea was so comfortable, you could bring your own food and drinks. Water all clear, very nice lifeguard at the sea and amazing. The interior in the apartment was fresh and clean and nice. As in pictures. Definitely coming back!

Everything was taken care to perfection!! Excellent location, great private beach right outside the door and very close to the best bars and restaurants! Breathtaking views of the sea, city, and corfu island. Nicely modern designed rooms, super clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff is the best! Warm welcoming and responsive at all times. Loved it!

Amazing apartments located in a exceptional location in first line of the sea. Super clean, outstanding apartment design, spacious and private parking lot and the staff was always available. Definitely will come back next year.

L’emplacement et le parking privé

On avait réservé un chambre vue sur mer il nous on mi vue sur la montagne avec un bout de mer Je pense que le personnel doit être un peu plus souriant aussi

Die Wohnungen sind sehr groß und haben eine gute Lage mit eigenem Privatzugang zum Meer, was in Saranda aus unserer Sicht sehr wichtig ist, da es fast keine normalen Strände gibt (Felsen und Steinküste). Die Mitarbeiter waren anfangs sehr freundlich.

Man bucht außerhalb der Saison (off-Season) die zweitbeste und zweit-teuerste Zimmerkategorie, nebenbei bemerkt die teuerste im gesamten Umfeld (andere Hotels), man bucht Premium-Apartement mit Meerblick (Seaview) und bekommt bei Anreise das schlechteste Zimmer des Hauses ganz unten und mit Ausblick auf ein große Mauer. Die Erklärung war das der gezahlte Booking.com-Preis (off-Season und Genius 3-20 Prozent extra) zu billig für die guten Zimmer an der Front des Gebäudes seien. Das geht gar nicht, dass ich jedes Mal wenn ich Booking buche wegen der Zimmerkategorie vor Ort rumdiskutieren muss. Das hat uns schwer enttäuscht, zumal die guten Zimmer das ganze Wochenende frei blieben, geht gar nicht und hat uns sehr unglücklich gemacht, noch dazu keinerlei Hilfe von Booking!

Superbe logement : propre, bien équipé et très confortable. Le personnel est en plus vraiment sympathique.

Lo que más me gustó fue el personal, eran todos muy amables y serviciales y te intentaban ayudar en todo. La comodidad de la habitación también y la parte comunitaria de las tumbonas y plataforma, para acceder al mar. El bar es pequeño aunque te sirven de inmediato.

Quizás lo que menos me gustó fue que no pudieramos desayunar en el hotel. Y quizás que a veces el poder entrar y salir del parking, no era fácil, aunque es un alivio que tuviera parking subterraneo.

綺麗で新しく、目の前が海というのが最高だった。子供達もとても楽しそうでした。ホテルの近くに美味しいレストランやスーパーマットもあり、バカンスを過ごすにはとても良いホテルだと思います。

このホテルが悪いわけではありませんが、隣のお店？ホテル？から夜中まで音楽が聞こえてくるので、眠れなかった。
