The house was in a good condition, neat and tidy, no many concerns.
the water pressure in the mainly bedroom should be reviewed(too weak), and the propene tanks should be filled because I didn't have enough gas during my stay and I had to fill it from my pocket.

My fiancé, now husband, and I booked this place to host our family for our wedding that took place on Imperial Beach. We booked it a long time before this world crisis began.
The day we were to check in..... the shut down for Covid-19 containment began. My husband is an RN, so we were of course very concerned. However, we live in Vegas, and made the decision to do this anyhow.
After we showed up, and were able to checkin in, we wiped everything down with our own sanitation wipes, even tho the home was clean when we got there. That was for our own peace of mind.
The home was clean, the rooms were big and comfortable. The owner was attentive and always responded when I reached out with questions. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, and the only thing we regretted was not booking to stay longer.
It was a perfect home for our event, very small event. And we got married on the beach, with a local company that I would highly recommend, Dream Beach Weddings, and despite all the sadness that is in our world today, we got married, and were fortunate to celebrate this with our family in this beautiful home. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would definitely recommend this home!

3 stars. The house was very under kept. We had to contact the property manager to get the living room tv to work. Eventually he got it working but it was still a major eye sore with wires hanging everywhere. We paid for the heating of pool and jacuzzi but that didn’t solve the fact that it was pretty cloudy and dirty our entire stay. The microwave was also dirty inside. The master bedroom tv didn’t work. Stained master bathroom toilet. The list goes on but those things couldn’t go ignored. We washed all of the towels before we left so maybe the cleaning company could clean better for the next guests.
