El apartamento era muy cómodo, con facilidades de cocina completa, lavarropas y aire acondicionado en living y dormitorio. También es muy luminoso e incluye mesa y sillas en una terraza. El dueño facilitó mi estadía e incluso concurrió rápidamente a la vivienda por un inconveniente que había sufrido.
El apartamento se encuentra en un primer piso por escalera. Durante mi estadía, había obreros trabajando en planta baja, por lo que se escuchaban ruidos desde temprano.

Ιδανική τοποθεσία, ήσυχη γειτονιά όπου βρήκαμε και στάθμευση από κάτω όλες τις μέρες. Ανακαινισμένο κλασικό διαμέρισμα με υπέροχη βεράντα καινούριο wc και σαλόνι με άνετο καναπέ και τραπεζαρία. Άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι με καινούριο στρώμα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία καθώς διαθέτει ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και εξυπηρέτησης των αναγκών των πελατών πέρα από τα ελληνικά δεδομένα. Για την τιμή δεν το συζητώ καν καθώς ήταν το πιο οικονομικό κατάλυμα που βρήκα στην Μυτιλήνη.
