Good location. Bathroom for every bedroom. Very good kitchen. Spacious and warm. A few more homely touches would really make this place a top stay.
Only 1 tiny bedside cabinet in each bedroom. All towels are small and synthetic. None of us liked them. A drink bottle was left in a bedroom and a hairclip was on the floor in the kitchen so we thought the cleaning was a bit rough. A few coat hooks at the front door would be great for Chch in winter.

Location, perfect for a group of 3 couples. Had an issue with the toaster not working, it was replaced that day, awesome communication from the owners.
Needed extra towels and better quality towels. Would have been handy to have two side tables in each bedroom rather than one

Comfortable and easy to find Great having 3 bathrooms Friendly messages from owners
Downstairs bedroom/ bathroom are very cold. Heat never got down there from the lounge upstairs. Floor tiles super cold in winter as no shoes allowed inside. Garage very hard to get a large suv or car in and out. Easy if you have a city car.
