We landed up with severe food poisoning after eating at the restaurant. Had to be hospitalised in Kochi.

The hotel is located in a nice location. The rooms are extremely clean and maintained. There is good parking for your car.
I was not very satisfied with my stay. There was no view from the room — the window blinds opened to a boarded-up window, so I couldn’t tell whether it was day or night. The customer service and staff were below expectations, and the Wi-Fi in the room was very poor, forcing me to rely on my mobile data/hotspot the whole time. Additionally, there were major delays in room service whenever I requested anything. Overall, the experience did not meet basic standards.
