    Non AC rooms have very poor cleanliness and have a bad odour when enter for first time. Tried to upgrade to an ac room but cost doesn't meet worth. Had to cancel booking and moved to another hotel nearby

    I booked room through online which mentioned AC rooms. But on arrival I was told that AC rooms were not available for online bookings and only non-AC rooms were provided. Since I didn’t want to argue and spoil my day I decided to stay. The rooms were just okay but extremely hot. There were ventilation holes in the walls even in the washrooms which made the place feel uncomfortable and unsafe. To make things worse the attitude and behaviour of the reception staff was very poor and unhelpful. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not what I expected.
