老板和员工特别好，很热情，老板给我们带水，纸巾和葡萄，还带我们去吃汉堡，给人宾至如归的感觉！很有温度的酒店！房间设施缺什么可以和老板说，强烈推荐！离马特鲁之眼很近！

We had a great stay at Porto Matrouh thanks to Hisham! The apartment was very nice with a modern vibe and he went above and beyond for us, always responsive and helpful, arranging tonaya vehicles to the shores we wanted and even giving us access to the owners beach. His hospitality truly made our trip special, thank you sir!
