1、非常安静，人少，无人打扰；门口有值班人员，不会有乱七八糟的人进来，很安全； 2、海景房，客厅和好几个卧室都靠海，可以吹海风看海景，非常惬意； 3、距离海滩很近，虽然海滩没有建设，但日出很美，可以近距离观赏； 4、设施齐全，如果准备得好，可以在这里做饭！非常适合长住。
窗户隔音不好，海边有人嬉闹的话会听得很清晰。

整个环境都很好，比网站平台上发布的还要好，很干净，很舒服，能直接看到蓝蓝的地中海。房东人很好，提前安排来接我们，耐心告诉我们注意事项，因为这个公寓而对马特鲁的印象更加好，喜欢埃及，喜欢马特鲁
