El alojamiento está perfecto para 2/3 personas. Totalmente reformado, parking fácil y bajas en 2 minutos a la piscina natural de la furnia.

Location is good if you plan to enjoy north part of the island, Sardina is 6 min drive with perfect beach. With cold weather, it was rather warm inside. The bed was comfy.
The place felt abandoned, or at least as if we were the first guests in a while. There was a lot of dust everywhere and a rather unpleasant smell. The cutlery, plates, and kitchen surfaces had to be cleaned again before use. There was also a colony of ants, and we found a cockroach in the bathroom.
The hot water boiler is quite small, so it may not be sufficient for showering and dish washing. Overall, the location seemed nice, but with strong north wind or calima, the terrace becomes basically unusable, which defeats the purpose of staying in such an apartment.
The check-in process was overwhelming. Using their website on a phone is inconvenient, and you are asked to fill out forms as if applying for a US visa. In the end, you also have to pay via their payment links and provide a deposit, which makes you wonder what the purpose of using a booking.com platform is.
