Соответствует фотографиям, достаточно красиво и приятно, низкая стоимость, если заселяться большой компанией. Полотенец было много, горячая вода была, спальных мест тоже много — для ночевки одной было неплохо. На долго — есть минусы, о которых ниже.

Это оказался цокольный этаж: - окна только наверху стены и маленькие — естественного света мало; - запах коммуникаций в ванной и туалете, в коридоре: неприятно. Недостаточно подушек для шести человек. С виду чисто, но везде на полках пыльно, посуда немного грязная, столы и столешницы тоже были грязными. Постельное в спальне либо не было обновлено, либо просто грязное.

Air conditioning worked well. Quiet inside, due to being half a floor down and away from the street. Location isn't great but not bad...you can walk to the center in about 30 minutes or take a cheap rideshare, or find a bus. There are a few options within 10-15 minutes for restaurants, and a grocery store close by. Wifi wasn't great, but it's not bad considering that connectivity isn't very good in Tajikistan in general.

I think the host is trying, but has not yet learned how to run a rental property. It is too expensive for what it is, unless you really can make use of the two bedrooms and have 3-4 people staying. There were a lot of little problems: - On arrival, I was told to pay a rate in somoni that was about $7 USD more than the rental price actual converts to. When I asked for a source or a reason for a different conversion rate, the owner told me I could pay the lower (and real conversion) amount. - While I wouldn't say the apartment was "dirty," there were signs that it had not had a thorough cleaning in a long time, probably just a surface level cleaning. Lots of grime and stains in various places. And there was dirty flatware in the sink, maybe from the last guest? - Some things were broken, like the faucet on the bathroom sink that is quite loose, and the back of one of the chairs felt like it was about to break. - The washing machine works but it sounds like there are rocks rolling around inside. There is something wrong with the motor and it's VERY loud. - The owner sent instructions that I was supposed to arrange a checkout time in advance, or to walk about 5 minutes to bring them the keys, but without an exact location to bring them to. This was very strange; I've never been asked to deliver keys to someone on checkout in any property I've stayed in.
