Я бы рекомендовала данного жилья, хозяин приветливый, вежливый, встретил даже нас у входа дома. Дом чистый,все необходимые как указано в объявлении соответствует. Ташкент Сити, парки, рынки, магазины.... Очень близко (через через станции). В общем нам очень комфортно было проживать 10 дневный отпуск с семьей. Дома не жарко, есть отличный кондиционер.
Конечно нам как туристам, дома как жильцы проживать не собирались. Целый день до поздно по городу гуляем, приходим домой поздно, тем более с детьми,, пока собираемся спать еще поздно становиться, окна открыты, крики детей посещали жильзам соседям может сверху, может снизу. Не рекомендую с маленькими детьми туда заселиться.

Квартира в 1 минуте от метро. Рядом есть кафешки, банкоматы, магазины. На кухне все принадлежности для готовки, был кофе, чай.
Сама квартира большая, но ей бы не помешал косметический ремонт. Диван в зале не предназначен для нормального сна, т.к. уже сильно просижен по середине. В ванне не было геля для душа и шампуня.
