Espaçoso - Charme House - Copacabana

Excelente localização, bem Limpo e atendimento impecável

Falta um microondas! :)

The location is great, the appartement is very spacious and the beds comfortable with good mattresses.

Not very clean, towels and the blankets had a very bad smell, mould inside the washing machine and water was coming out. Description says there are a bidet, a hairdryer, bedside sockets, tv with satellite and cable channels. There is no bidet, the plug of the hairdryer does not fit in the Brazilian sockets, there are no bedside sockets, the tv didn't show any channel at all. The first days there was no warm water but the agency fixed this later. Most sockets are very old and not earthed, seem a bit unsafe. The 24-hour security does not mean there is someone at the door, like in many other buildings in Copa. In the main bedroom you need earplugs at night because of the street rumors and the very loud old airco.
