Easy booking, fast confirmation, fair cancellation policies. Good size of apartment, good furniture in living room.
Apartment in general good condition, niche restored wooden floor, very sufficient sorage space in wardrobes in bedrooms.
Very good location at Copacabana. Garage available. Service Area with washing machine, cloth hangers, extra toilett available.
Furniture in kitchen and bathroom very old and partly damadged. The nice cabinets in bedrooms could receive a makeover (closures, drawers).
Very little cuttlery (just four sets where the apartment could accomodate five).
The seals on the kitchen sink and the bathroom washbasin are very old and cracked. A shower cutain is missing, even if it would be very easy to fit one.
