Everything was great! Very comfortable and very beautiful! I was surprised after reading the reviews, for short stay it’s perfect!

I loved the location, it’s a very beautiful and pleasant building to be in, the neighbourhood was very beautiful.

I informed that the washing machine did not work, and I was completely ignored, for a 7-day stay without washing clothes it was very uncomfortable.There was no spare bedspread and there were several huge bags full of towels and dirty bedspreads.

Ottima posizione per visitare a piedi e con i mezzi. Zona tranquilla. Molti locali e Market vicini. Self check-in veloce.

Finestra non apribile in salotto, si apriva solo nella camera da letto. Bagno spazioso ma scomoda la vasca/doccia. Tazza del water traballante. Non ci sono appendiabiti, considerando che gli armadi sono pieni di coperte e cuscini quindi inutilizzabili. Materasso molto morbido ma comunque non è stato un problema.

Location of this accommodation is very good. The cleaner/host was pleasant and friendly and timely.

The place is in need of some TLC and unfortunately it's not very clean; the kitchen has minimal facilities and plugs that don't work. The bathroom requires some real attention; the toilet seat is dangerous, needs replacing as it moves whenever you attempt to sit on it. The is mold on the ceiling and floor and the shower door has no seal strip on it and is coming away from the wall, the main sink plug does not seal properly, and the extractor fan also doesn't work. The living room the thermostat has no cover on it, the blinds are broken and the plug socket near the balcony door is also cracked and there's damage to the laminate flooring. The main bedroom the windows are difficult to open and close and the carpets are stained. There is an additional stain on the back rest/cushion on the sofa in the main lounge/bedroom. On our first night we also had to purchase descaler for the kettle as this was very much required. Both beds were quite uncomfortable mattresses also need replacing as all you could feel was springs and the bed bases through them. Additionally there are multiple lights throughtout the property which appear to be flickering so they will need some attention.
